Starting with a project review, we establish scope, budget, and schedule, including a risk assessment to analyze potential roadblocks that may occur.
STEP TWO
Preparation
Once the onboarding plan is approved we get into the fine details of the project. Create a payment and work schedule that best aligns with the allocated budget.
STEP THREE
Site Work
Overseeing all work regularly, our team proactively ensures regular touch points and conducts monthly project sign-offs for task completion to make sure progress remains on track.
STEP FOUR
Post-Construction
Once the build is complete, our team executes a post-project audit to evaluate key performance indicators such as timeline, quality of deliverables, specifications, and client satisfaction. Custom manuals for maintenance and warranty details are provided so clients are well informed and comfortable in their new home.

Support & Warranty
After project is completion, we are always available to our clients for ongoing support with warranty and maintenance services.
